Three Reimer drivers went home winners this past weekend after competing in Canada's National Truck Driving Championships held in London, Ontario. Harv Gording, a Regina employee since 1971, was named 'Grand Champion' and took first in the single-tandem competition. He also received a perfect score on both his pre-trip and written examinations.
Glen Babcock was named 'Rookie of the Year' and won second place in the B-train competition, which is a good indication of his driving skills since Reimer does not run B-trains.
Larry Radons, the third winner, won second place in the straight truck champion.
