Also included in this release will be tools that provide access to invoicing and payment data, service standards for all shipping points within and between Canada, the United States and Mexico and pricing programs, as well as the ability for the customer to create customized reports by selecting from numerous data fields and various sorting and filtering options. There is even a mechanism for inquiring about individual shipments and tracking the resolution process.
