Reimer Express Lines Ltd. Announces ACE Compliance by January Deadline [01/25/2007]

WINNIPEG, MB - January 25, 2007 - Reimer Express Lines Ltd. a subsidiary of Roadway a wholly owned subsidiary of YRC Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: YRCW), announced today that it will be compliant with the Automated Commercial Environment Project (ACE) by the January 25, 2007 deadline for ACE compliance.

Reimer Express and parent Roadway have been directly involved with the Automated Commercial Environment Project (ACE) since its inception in 2004 and has spent the last six months testing the transmission of electronic manifest (E-manifest) while working hand-in-hand with Customs & Border Protection to evaluate the process to meet the expectations set forth with the introduction of ACE.

As one of the first to meet new ACE requirements, Reimer Express continues to provide its customers with best at the border service.
