Border Ambassadors
Reimer's new Border Ambassadors ensure the fastest and easiest border crossing for our customers shipping to and from Mexico. Our ambassadors track the progress of every shipment through the clearance process, act on behalf of our customers' interests, proactively advise of shipments not clearing the border in a timely manner, and offer assistance when required.
International Hotline

Shipment Tracking
Call 1-888-4REIMER (1-888-473-4637) or QUIKTRAK Online for up-to-the-minute shipment status (in Mexico, dial 95-800-762-3929).
Direct Service
Single-system service to and from Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, San Luis Potosi and surrounding metropolitan areas is provided through the Laredo, TX; Nuevo Laredo, MX gateway. Reimer Express provides for Mexican linehaul, plus daily pick-up and delivery, to complete the door-to-door service between Mexico's interior and Canada or the United States.
Interline Service
Interline service is provided to and from other major points in Mexico through Reimer border terminals and gateways (El Paso, TX; San Ysidro, CA; Brownsville, TX; McAllen, TX; Nogales, AZ). Reimer has trailer interchange agreements with dependable Mexican carriers for full truckload shipments as well.
Cargo Protection
Complete cargo protection is available for shipments in Mexico! Simply declare on the bill of lading the amount of declared value and Reimer will charge you for the cost of providing the necessary coverage (note that when complete cargo protection is not requested, limited liability will apply).
Single Invoice
Single easy-to-read invoices with itemized freight and flexible billing options. Ship prepaid, collect, prepaid to the Mexico border, or collect beyond the Mexico border and simplify your accounting procedures.
Guaranteed Deliveries
Border Express Service guarantees on-time delivery from Toronto, Woodstock, and Windsor to the Texas border cities of McAllen, Brownsville, and Eagle Pass/Del Rio. Shipments can be picked up any day Monday through Friday with deliveries by 10 a.m. on Fridays and Mondays.
